भाग- II - टंकण गति परीक्षण
केवल उन अभ्यर्थियों का कम्प्यूटर मशीन पर हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी भाषाओं में गति परीक्षण लिया जायेगा जो परीक्षा के भाग-1 में अर्हित हुए है। परीक्षा के भाग- II ( अर्हता टंकण गति परीक्षण) में प्रविष्ट किये जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या विज्ञापित रिक्तियों (प्रवर्गवार) की लगभग तीन गुना होगी।
• सामान्य मार्गदर्शन के लिए टिप्पणी :-
1. प्रश्नपत्र का स्तर भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय की स्नातक परीक्षा जैसा होगा। प्रत्येक प्रश्नपत्र के विस्तार की संक्षिप्त रूपरेखा अभ्यर्थियों के सामान्य मार्गदर्शन के लिए इस सनुसूची में बतायी गयी है किन्तु इसका सर्वतः पूर्ण होना आशयित नहीं है।
2. यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी को हस्तलेख सुपाठ्य न हो तो उसके द्वारा प्राप्त कुल अंकों में इस कारण कुछ अंकों की, जो उसे अन्यथा प्रोदभूत होते, कटौती कर दी जायेगी।
3. परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्र के प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय प्रकार या वर्णनात्मक प्रकार या दोनों प्रकार के हो सकेंगे।
4. परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्र (पत्रों के समरत वर्णनात्मक प्रश्नों में शब्दों की समुचित मितव्ययता के साथ की गयी सुव्यवस्थित प्रभावशाली तथा सही अभिव्यक्ति को महत्व दिया जायेगा ।
नोट:- सूचना सहायक भर्ती परीक्षा में ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को जो लिखित परीक्षा में कुल मिलाकर न्यूनतम 40 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करें, लिखित परीक्षा में अर्हक अंक अभिप्राप्त किया हुआ समझा जायेगा, किन्तु अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति के अभ्यर्थियों के लिये लिखित परीक्षा में न्यूनतम अर्हक 36 प्रतिशत होगें। बोर्ड / नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी अपने स्वविवेक से कुल मिलाकर तीन तक अनुग्रह अंक प्रदान कर सकेंगा।
