IBPS RRB CRP-XV Recruitment 2026: बैंकिंग सेक्टर में सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे युवाओं के लिए 13,706 पदों पर शानदार भर्ती का अवसर सामने आया है। Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) ने Common Recruitment Process for RRBs-XV का नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है।

इस भर्ती के माध्यम से Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) में Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale-I, Officer Scale-II और Officer Scale-III के पदों पर उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाएगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 1 सितंबर 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है और आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 21 सितंबर 2026 थी, जिसे अब बढ़ाकर 27 सितंबर 2026 कर दिया गया है।

IBPS RRB में कौन-कौन से पद हैं?

1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

Office Assistant को आमतौर पर RRB में clerical-level banking role के रूप में समझा जा सकता है। इस पद के लिए सामान्यतः Graduation, संबंधित RRB की prescribed local language की proficiency और computer knowledge से संबंधित requirement लागू होती है। इस पद के लिए prior banking experience आवश्यक नहीं है।

2. Officer Scale-I – Assistant Manager

Officer Scale-I management cadre की entry-level officer post है। इस पद के लिए Bachelor's Degree और prescribed local language proficiency आवश्यक है। Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics या Accountancy जैसे subjects में degree रखने वाले candidates को notification में preference दी गई है।

3. Officer Scale-II – Manager

Scale-II में General Banking Officer और अलग-अलग Specialist Officer posts शामिल हैं। इन posts में qualification के साथ prescribed post-qualification experience भी महत्वपूर्ण है।

4. Officer Scale-III – Senior Manager

Officer Scale-III senior management level की post है। इसमें prescribed graduation qualification के साथ banking/financial institution में required officer-level experience जरूरी है।

Graduate Candidates के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण: अगर आपकी केवल सामान्य Graduation है और banking experience नहीं है, तो Office Assistant और Officer Scale-I आपके लिए सबसे relevant posts हैं, बशर्ते बाकी eligibility conditions पूरी होती हों।

Local Language की Requirement क्यों जरूरी है?

RRB recruitment में local language proficiency महत्वपूर्ण eligibility condition है। जिस Regional Rural Bank के लिए candidate apply कर रहा है, उसके prescribed local language की जानकारी notification में दिए गए rules के अनुसार होनी चाहिए।

इसलिए केवल Graduation देखकर form submit न करें। जिस state/RRB के लिए vacancy select कर रहे हैं, उसकी prescribed local language requirement जरूर check करें।

क्या Office Assistant और Officer दोनों के लिए Apply कर सकते हैं?

हाँ। Eligible candidate Office Assistant के साथ Officer cadre में भी आवेदन कर सकता है। लेकिन Officer cadre में candidate केवल एक ही post चुन सकता है—यानी Scale-I, Scale-II या Scale-III में से किसी एक के लिए।

Example: यदि कोई candidate Graduation के आधार पर eligible है, तो वह Office Assistant के लिए और साथ में Officer Scale-I के लिए apply कर सकता है। लेकिन वह एक ही application cycle में Scale-I और Scale-II दोनों officer posts के लिए apply नहीं कर सकता।

Negative Marking: Objective tests में गलत answer के लिए संबंधित प्रश्न के marks का 1/4 (0.25) penalty लागू होती है। Unattempted questions पर negative marking नहीं होती।

Officer Scale-II और Scale-III Selection

Officer Scale-II और Scale-III के लिए Preliminary examination नहीं होता। इन posts के लिए Single Online Examination आयोजित किया जाता है।

Officer Scale-II में General Banking Officer तथा IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing और Agriculture जैसे specialist streams शामिल हैं। इनके लिए संबंधित qualification और prescribed experience पूरा करना जरूरी है।

Officer Scale-III के लिए भी Single Online Examination के बाद interview stage होती है।

1. सबसे पहले IBPS की official website ibps.in खोलें।
2. CRP RRBs-XV recruitment section में जाकर अपनी eligible post चुनें।
3. New Registration पर click करके basic details भरें।
4. Registration के बाद प्राप्त login credentials को सुरक्षित रखें।
