Application Fees A non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/- is payable for applying for the posts through online payment mode using internet banking or debit/credit cards during the online application process at C-DAC website. No fee shall be payable by candidates belonging to PWD category.. Female applicants are also exempted from application fee.

Qualification   Director (HRD) For Direct Recruitment: Applicant must have 02 years of Full-Time MBA with a specialization in HR/personnel management. Qualification in law will be an added advantages  In case              of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies: Holding analogous posts regularly OR The candidate should have 5 years of regular service in the Pay Level-13 of the Pay Matrix.   Joint Director     For Direct Recruitment:     Candidate should have First Class B.E./B. C-DAC Exam Selection Process

•  Selection processes viz. Written Test, multi-level Interviews, group discussions etc., as deemed fit by the management will be deployed. Management reserves the right to change/modify the selection process at any time, during the process, at its discretion. The decision of the management will be final and binding.
• The qualification and experience prescribed are the minimum requirements and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidates entitled to be called for selection processes.

• There will be an initial screening based on the academic, relevance of experience and other parameters given in the on-line application and only those screened-in will be considered for further selection process. The management reserves the right to increase the minimum eligibility criteria/cut off limits, in the event of the number of applicants more, for the given posts at its discretion.
• Candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic credentials, experience profile, performance in the interview and such other selection processes/ parameters, as deemed fit by management.
• If no candidates are found suitable for a notified position, C-DAC may consider candidates for lower position, however, not for the reason that they possess lower qualification/experience.
• If no candidates are found suitable for a notified position(s), C-DAC reserves the right to not fill the notified vacancy(s).

1. Qualification

• All the essential qualifications should be regular full time course(s) and must be from UGC recognized Indian University/ UGC recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE/Government of India approved courses from Autonomous Indian Institutions/ concerned statutory council (wherever applicable). The courses offered by autonomous institutes should be recognized as equivalent to the relevant courses approved/recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/UGC/AICTE/Government of India.
• Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a qualifying degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by the respective University/Institute. Please also obtain a certificate to this effect from University / Institute, which shall be required at the time of interview.
• Wherever MBA or equivalent has been mentioned as requirement, apart from MBA, Two years (Full Time) Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in relevant field recognized by the competent agency as mentioned above shall also be considered.
• MBA/ PG Diploma in Management/qualifications where there is a mention of Dual specialization, one of the specializations necessarily needs to be function specific for which the post has been advertised.
• For Director (HRD) post - Proficiency in Computer knowledge is essential. 

      2.  Experience

• Only those experiences which are relevant and acquired after the passing date of the qualifying qualification will be considered. The decision of C-DAC in this regard will be final and binding.

• Minimum Essential Post Qualification Experience from State/ Central Government/ Department(s)/Organization(s)/ Undertaking(s) and/or Large Private Sector Organization(s)/ Institution(s)/ Company(ies) of repute/ Public Sector Enterprise/ Large Private Sector Enterprise should be as on the last date of online application. However, Industrial/ Vocational/ Apprentice Training will not be considered as experience.

• Experience of candidates working on contract basis through empanelled agency/ contractor (i.e., those who have been deployed on contract basis by some other agency/ organization for working on project/construction/O&M or any other activity) will not be considered. Only direct work experience including fixed term basis employment in an organization will be taken into consideration.

• For Deputation/Transfer (Absorption) Basis: Employees from Central/State Government /PSUs/Govt. Autonomous bodies holding analogous (or equivalent) posts on regular basis OR having required minimum years of regular service in the post in the immediate lower level of Pay Matrix or equivalent as on the last date of online application and having essential educational qualifications and experience as required for direct recruitment. The other terms & conditions of the appointment on deputation/ transfer (absorption) will be governed in accordance with the guidelines issued by DoPT vide O.M No.6/8/2009-Esst(Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 and as amended from time to time.

How to apply C-DAC recruitment 2023

1. उम्मीदवारों को केवल वेबसाइट www.cdac.in पर जाकर ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से आवेदन करना होगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने की प्रारंभिक तिथि 18 नवंबर 2023 है और अंतिम तिथि 31 दिसंबर 2023 18:00 बजे तक है।
2. ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को 'सामान्य नियम और शर्तें' ध्यान से पढ़नी चाहिए।
3. उम्मीदवार को ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुरू करने से पहले सभी पात्रता मापदंडों को पढ़ना चाहिए और यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि वह पद के लिए पात्र है।
4. उम्मीदवार के पास एक वैध ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर होना चाहिए। जो चयन प्रक्रिया पूरी होने तक वैध एवं सक्रिय रहना चाहिए।
5. उम्मीदवार प्रत्येक पद के लिए दिए गए 'आवेदन करें' बटन पर क्लिक कर सकते हैं जिसके लिए वह आवेदन करना चाहते हैं।
6. आवेदन पत्र में सभी विवरण उचित स्थानों पर भरें।
7. ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में सभी विवरण भरने के बाद 'सबमिट' बटन पर क्लिक करें।
8. उम्मीदवारों को अपना पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो .jpg प्रारूप (400 केबी से अधिक नहीं) में स्कैन करना चाहिए और अपलोड करने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुरू करने से पहले इसे तैयार रखना चाहिए।
9. उम्मीदवार को अपना बायोडाटा पीडीएफ प्रारूप में अपलोड करना चाहिए (500 केबी से अधिक नहीं)
10. सिस्टम द्वारा एक अद्वितीय एप्लिकेशन नंबर जेनरेट किया जाएगा, कृपया भविष्य में संदर्भ और उपयोग के लिए इस एप्लिकेशन नंबर को नोट कर लें। उम्मीदवार आवेदन पत्र का प्रिंट ले सकते हैं और इसे अपने रिकॉर्ड के लिए अपने पास रख सकते हैं।
11. सी-डैक को कोई भी हार्ड कॉपी/मुद्रित आवेदन पत्र नहीं भेजा जाना चाहिए। अपूर्ण और त्रुटिपूर्ण भरे गए फॉर्म सीधे खारिज कर दिए जाएंगे और इस संबंध में किसी भी बाद के पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
12. सरकारी/पीएसयू/सरकारी में काम करने वाले उम्मीदवार। स्वायत्त निकायों को भी पहले से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना चाहिए और आवेदन पत्र का प्रिंट, विधिवत भरा और हस्ताक्षरित, उचित माध्यम से सी-डैक के कॉर्पोरेट एचआरडी को भेजा जाना चाहिए।
13. जो लोग अपने आवेदन को उचित माध्यम से अग्रेषित नहीं कर रहे हैं, उन्हें साक्षात्कार के समय अपने वर्तमान नियोक्ता से 'अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (एनओसी)' प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है, यदि ऐसा नहीं किया गया तो उन्हें साक्षात्कार में शामिल होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
