State Bank of India (SBI)’s Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in Clerical Cadre exam selection process

Selection Procedure: The examination will consist of three phases 

• Phase-I:  Preliminary Examination (Online): 100 marks (Objective type) – 1 hour

• Phase-II: Main Examination (Online): 200 marks (Objective type) – 2 Hours 40 Minutes

Provisional Selection (Subject to qualifying specified opted local language):

The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) will not be added for the selection and only the aggregate marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II) will be considered for preparation of the final merit list. Provisional selection will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the test (main examination).

 

Final Selection:

1. Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application
2. Qualifying in test of specified opted local language, where applicable, as detailed above

SBI Clerk Salary And Pay Scale

The candidates appointed for the SBI Clerk post will initially receive a basic salary of Rs. 19900/- per month, along with various perks and allowances. The SBI Clerk in hand salary will range between Rs 29,000-Rs 30,000 per month.
